My story was a bit of a shitstorm.
At the age of five, I suffered the first of many PTSD events. It was all downhill from there. Suffering through physical, emotional and mental abuse at the hands of family, friends, other kids, and even teachers.
These events led me down the dark and painful path of depression, anxiety, no self-confidence, no self-esteem, no self-validation, and endless limited beliefs that would last over twenty years.
After years of merely surviving, I decided to give my best one last time, and a SWAT team busting down the wrong apartment door nearly derailed me.
From the ashes, I committed to stop living the life that was chosen by others for me -a life of never being good enough, smart enough, strong enough. A life always feeling like a victim, on the receiving end of reasons.
It was time for results.
I decided to begin living life MY WAY, and started my journey of healing and re-inventing my life.
I started putting the pieces together.
The only way I could do that was by putting in the work I had been avoiding for decades. I had to go within my internal darkness and release the chains that had held me back my entire life.
Fast forward to today, I've been able to impact the lives of people around the world
